Simone Lehr
Simone Lehr was born in Austria in 1980 and has been living with her husband and dogs on the most beautiful island in the Mediterranean, Mallorca, for more than twenty years now. It was here that she finally turned her passion for organizing friends’ and family members’ weddings into a profession and has already helped more than 400 bridal couples to have their dreams come true with her wedding agency, “Mallorca Princess”. Most of Simone’s bridal couples came from abroad and were extremely dependent on her. The language barrier is a big problem, plus it’s quite rare for a couple from
overseas to have any kind of network in a foreign environment and, of course, there is usually a complete lack of experience of wedding planning in general. This is how the idea for this book was conceived – it made perfect sense to create a guide for bridal couples who dream of a wedding abroad but first want to know what to expect before they take the most important step of their lives. Simone speaks fluent German, English and Spanish and her loves are her family consisting of her husband and her dogs, the sea and, of course, love itself – because without love there would be no weddings.
